• Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates including materials, labour, equipment and subcontractor costs.
• Analyse drawings, specifications and tender documents to develop cost plans.
• Maintain data on pricing and monitor cost variations.
• Prepare bills of quantities and cost breakdowns for tender submissions.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and suppliers to validate pricing.
• Ensure estimates align with Australian standards and client requirements.
