Job summary

ISGroup, a progressive surveying and geospatial organisation, is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager based in Melbourne to accelerate growth and win new opportunities across infrastructure, engineering and utilities.

You will build strategic client relationships, pursue tenders, and lead growth initiatives with our Land Surveys, IntelliSpatial, Utility Mapping and Photomapping services to expand in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales or client management within infrastructure, engineering, surveying or geospatial sectors.
• Strong networks and relationships across Melbourne and Victorian infrastructure, utilities or government markets.
• Hunter-style approach to generating and converting new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and sales activity across Melbourne and Victorian infrastructure, utilities, and government sectors.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and strengthen relationships with engineering consultants, contractors, developers, and asset owners.
• Support major tenders, proposals, and client presentations to win new work.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and work closely with operational teams to deliver growth targets.
