Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements.
• Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Model current and future business processes.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and business improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Develop detailed reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain project plans and monitor performance.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
• Document requirements and solutions for projects.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and project teams.
• Support and lead project-based initiatives as required.
