Australian National University in Canberra is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning and Operations Manager for the Pacific Security College. You will lead the MEL framework, oversee operations and coordinate data collection, analysis and reporting to demonstrate impact and drive improvement.

The role requires strong experience in monitoring, evaluation and learning, plus operational management, contract oversight and policy guidance. Travel to Pacific island countries will be required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading monitoring, evaluation and learning and developing frameworks.
• Ability to manage data collection, analysis and translate findings into reporting.
• Strong operational and administrative management skills and policy interpretation.

• Support planning and delivery of major events and advise on university policies.
