Job summary

Alinea International seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Coordinator to support MEL design, delivery, and reporting for the PLMSP. The role works with government and partner stakeholders to ensure high-quality MEL outputs and learning that informs program implementation.

The position requires experience in MEL systems, strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI), and a commitment to GEDSI. A minimum 50% in-office presence is expected, with flexible arrangements across the Pacific

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years in design, management and conduct of MEL systems and evaluations.
Excellent report writing skills for government audiences.
Strong data collection, analysis and reporting across MEL.
Ability to work with diverse audiences and跨-cultural contexts.

Responsibilities

Coordinate data collection, analysis, validation and reporting for MEL systems and evaluations.
Monitor and report on program-level performance indicators against the results framework.
Design and deliver data collection tools; analyse data using appropriate software.
Support program reflection processes and annual reporting.
Draft concise, evidence-based outputs for diverse audiences.
Ensure GEDSI priorities are mainstreamed in outputs and activities.
