Job summary

Alinea International is recruiting a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Coordinator to support the PLMSP MERL team from Brisbane/Meanjin or Canberra, with extensive MEL design, data collection and reporting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in MEL, strong skills in Excel, Power BI and NVivo, and a commitment to GEDSI, to deliver indicators, evaluations, and knowledge translation for effective policy impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning experience.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI and NVivo for data analysis.
• Demonstrated commitment to GEDSI and inclusive programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead MEL design, data collection, and reporting for MEL programs.
• Develop indicators and lead evaluations to inform policy impact.
• Translate knowledge into accessible briefs for stakeholders.
