Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in project management in electrical industry.
• Sound knowledge of project systems, tools, and SAP.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated, reliable, independent team member.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and logical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects per Eaton Project Management Model.
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships and escalations.
• Perform risk management with PMO to minimize risks.
• Review financial obligations, time bars, bank guarantees for compliance.
• Address technical challenges with engineering promptly.
• Convert gaps to opportunities.
• Coordinate project resources including coordinator and document controller.
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources for flawless execution.
• Develop detailed project plan and fortnightly progress updates.
• Measure project performance using systems, tools, and techniques.
• Forecast, update SAP, and report changes to PMO Analyst and PMO manager.
