Job summary

Government client (agency undisclosed) seeks a National Medicines Record Terminology Project Lead to drive and deliver the national terminology program. You will lead senior project work, guide governance, and coordinate across government, vendors, clinicians and consumers.

You will advise on AMT and national datasets, manage risk and resources, and develop executive briefings and strategic advice to improve interoperability and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of medicines terminology and national datasets (PBS, ARTG, NPC).
• Track record delivering complex digital health projects with governance.
• Strong communication to executives and cross-sector stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery, governance, schedules, risks and outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on medicines terminology and datasets.
• Lead stakeholder engagement, industry consultation and workshops.
• Build consensus and support cross-government implementation.
• Prepare executive briefs, governance papers and strategic advice.
• Support policies and digital health capabilities for interoperability.
