Job summary

Qualifications

• Appropriate degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in medicine safety across SA Health across statewide settings.
• Establish and lead a sustainable medicines safety program; coordinate analysis and implement strategies.
• Evaluate medicines safety incident learnings and identify statewide improvement opportunities.
• Set priorities and advise on medicines safety program directions to align with SA Health objectives.
