Job summary

HR Genie is seeking a highly motivated Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a medical waste treatment plant in Australia. The role focuses on ensuring smooth running, supervising production staff, and maintaining high quality and efficiency.

You will be responsible for regulatory compliance, process optimization, and staff training in a fast-paced environment, with weekend/evening shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Must have proven supervisory experience in a waste treatment plant.
• Knowledge of medical waste regulations and best practises.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the operations of the medical waste treatment plant
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee the disposal and treatment of medical waste materials
