In this role, you’ll handle bookings, answer queries with confidence, process payments and health insurance claims, and keep the reception area tidy.

Qualifications

• Experience as Medical Receptionist or Allied Health Admin preferred.
• Greet patients professionally and create a positive first impression.
• Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the clinic system.
• Efficiently manage appointment bookings and coordinate with the care team.
• Process payments and health insurance claims with confidentiality.
