We have a wonderful casual/part‑time opportunity available for a Medical Receptionist. Candidates with at least 1 year of medical reception experience are preferred, but this is not essential. A traineeship is available for the right person.

Work hours are regular and there is opportunity to increase hours.

We are located at the hub of Geelong, close to all the Hospitals and cafes. We offer our patients a wide range of Medical Specialities, including Respiratory and Sleep Medicine, Cardiology, Infectious Disease Management, Geriatrics and Neurology.

Responsibilities for Applicants Include:

What are we looking for?

Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist is preferable.

Be friendly, a peoples person and enthusiastic with exceptional communication skills and be able to build rapport with patients in a friendly and warm manner, in person or on the phone.

We require a motivated individual to join our team.

Someone who displays a professional and welcoming manner who is capable of working in a fast paced and busy boutique practice.

Highly Organised and able to multitask and work under pressure.

Must have computer skills and internet skills.
