Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with referral partners

  • Clinic preparation including cleaning and tidy up

  • Coordinating surgical lists and booking; liaising with Anaesthetic rooms, Hospitals and Equipment Reps

Job description

Experienced Medical Receptionist / Practice Manager Assistant

We are seeking a proactive, reliable and astute experienced medical receptionist to join our growing ophthalmology clinic. As the front door of our business, the successful candidate will play an important part in shaping the patient experience from first contact through to treatment. Therefore, a dynamic individual with patient focused approach is a must.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in running of the practice as well as proactively updating processes as needed. You will be working independently and collaboratively with the practice manager. This is a part time position, commitment of 3 to 4 days a week.

Experience working in a specialist clinic is highly desirable.

Remuneration will be based on skills and experience.
