MedRecruit Limited seeks a Locum General Medicine physician for a short-term assignment in Kempsey, NSW. The role covers ward rounds, ED/ward assessments, initiating treatments, and planning management with Consultants. Travel and accommodation are provided; rates include superannuation and casual loading where applicable.

AHPRA registration is mandatory for medical practitioners. Work is at a local community rural hospital on the mid-North Coast, with a 24-hour ED staffed by GP VMOs and CMOs.

Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.

This is a local community, level 3 rural hospital located on the mid-North Coast of New South Wales (NSW).

The hospital is comprised of 81 beds, 10 of which are used for voluntary mental health. There is a 24-hour Emergency Department that is staffed by local GP VMOs supplemented by career medical officers.
