Qualifications

• 2–4 years post-admission experience in personal injury law.
• Exposure to medical negligence claims preferred; commitment to develop further expertise.
• Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Run your own files and progress claims strategically.
• Develop expertise in medical negligence matters.
• Provide clear, practical advice and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare legal correspondence, pleadings and court documents.
• Brief and liaise with counsel, experts and stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements and drive best client outcomes.
• Manage deadlines, file progression and professional costs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client service.
