Job summary

Kieser Sydney is seeking a Medical Liaison to drive medically referred patient volumes and strengthen partnerships with general practitioners and aged care providers across Sydney. You will promote Kieser services, coordinate with clinicians, and work closely with internal teams to align care pathways and improve patient outcomes.

In this relationship-driven, fast-paced role you’ll travel to meet partners, present education sessions, and identify new opportunities such as satellite clinics.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales or referral development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build referral networks with medical professionals.
• Ability to engage stakeholders in field and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory strategy to grow medically referred patients.
• Build and maintain referring partner relationships.
• Convert prospective partners into active referrers.
• Represent and promote the Kieser brand at meetings, events and education sessions.
• Spend significant time in the field engaging with partners and stakeholders.
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate with clinicians and internal teams.
• Identify and implement innovative partnership opportunities like satellite clinics and hubs.
• Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways (Health Funded Programs, ANC, HCP, Life).
• Manage and resolve partnership challenges while maintaining trusted relationships.
• Contribute to clinic and regional performance with medical and regional leaders.

Must-haves

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Valid driving license
• Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
• Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionalsExceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly motivated,proactiveand results-driven mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor Degree - Physiotherapy, Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology
