The role requires a relevant degree, demonstrated LIS experience, and strong communication skills, with a 24/7 roster after training and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science.
• Experience delivering pathology services and using LIS and patient systems.
• Strong communication and report writing skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a 24/7 roster environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver operational lab activities and training.
• Contribute to quality management and process improvement.
• Participate in 24/7 roster and on-call shifts after training.
• Ensure compliance with safety and privacy requirements.
