Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking Medical Imaging Technologists to provide imaging services to patients at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and St Vincent's Private Hospital. You will perform imaging examinations across modalities and sites, including General X-ray, Theatre, Fluoroscopy and CT, with weekday and after-hours rosters.

Excellent communication with patients and staff is essential. The role is based in Fitzroy, Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science in Medical Radiation or equivalent.
• National registration with AHPRA to practice as a Medical Imaging Technologist.
• Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical Radiography, performing imaging examinations across modalities and sites within SVHM.
• Fulfill duties in General X-ray, Theatre, Fluoroscopy, CT (and additional modalities where trained).
• Participation in a weekday and after hours roster within the Medical Imaging and SVPR departments.
• Display excellent communication skills, interacting with patients and staff.
