Job summary

Pharma People is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support medical equipment installation, validation, maintenance, and repairs across Australia with travel to support Northern NSW as needed. The role emphasizes customer-facing service, training, and strong problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical qualification (restricted or full licence), a trade/technical certificate or diploma, and proven hands-on service experience in medical or similar equipment.

Qualifications

• Electrical qualification (Restricted or Full Electrical Licence) is mandatory.
• Trade/Technical certificate or Diploma with hands-on service experience desired.
• Competent in troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and service of technical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, validate, perform preventative maintenance, service and repair medical equipment and related systems.
• Provide on-site, phone, and email technical support to customers.
• Deliver user and technical training and product demonstrations to healthcare teams.
• Assist with documentation, service records and reporting requirements.
• Maintain service records and spare parts tracking; update equipment documentation.
