The Health Education and Training Institute (HETI) in NSW is seeking a leader to coordinate and drive operational delivery of vocational training networks and medical education programs. You will oversee network functions, governance, and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective statewide learning outcomes for trainees and supervisors.

Reporting to senior management, you will guide network coordinators and staff, drive continuous improvement, manage planning and budgets, and align activities

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Health, Education or Business Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience in health, medical education or training environments.
• Ability to coach, develop and support staff in busy programs.
• Strong project and program management experience including planning, budgeting and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational coordination, implementation and continuous improvement of HETI-supported training networks and medical education programs.
• Provide governance support, network coordination oversight and stakeholder engagement across NSW.
• Guide network coordinators and support staff to ensure effective network operations and high-quality trainee outcomes.
