Job summary

Hope Media is seeking an experienced audio producer to join our ministry-focused team. The role involves planning, coordinating, and producing audio media, podcasts, sponsorship spots and ministry content across platforms, with a collaborative team approach.

Based at Seven Hills, the part-time position requires working two days per week (Wednesday and Friday) and includes coordinating shoots, recording sessions, and post-production while supporting other video tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ audio editing experience required.
• Experience using Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Zetta (desirable), and Powergold (desirable).
• Experience as a video editor (desirable), or a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with excellent collaborative communication for job sharing.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and capably perform the duties without direct supervision.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to engage a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Creativity and imaginative thinking.
• The ability to organise and prioritise your workload and finish tasks to deadline.
• A genuine passion for the purpose of the organisation.

Hope Media are looking for an experienced and creative audio producer with a heart for the ministry of Hope and the ability to help us tell our story well. A unique opportunity exists to produce, coordinate and support content for all station content platforms. This exciting and rare role provides the opportunity to shape the sound of the station and join a vibrant company in an innovative industry.

This part-time role is part of a wider job-share team and will be worked 2 days a week (Wednesday and Friday), located at our Seven Hills studio.

About the Role

Working primarily in the audio production team, this role will involve planning, coordination, and production of audio media projects, ministry spots, podcasts, sponsorship spots and other production tasks, including:
