Job summary

PHD Melbourne is seeking a Media Implementation Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day execution, management and optimization of campaigns across paid media channels for a financial services client in Melbourne. You will manage briefs, build channel strategies with support from Account Directors, and set up campaigns and trading platforms, delivering insights to improve performance against client KPIs.

The role also involves leading a small team of Executives and Assistants and fostering

Qualifications

2–3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in an agency setting.
Experience with DV360, Google Ads and Meta.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading a small team.

Responsibilities

Manage campaign setups and optimisations across channels.
Collaborate with clients on briefs and channel strategies with support from the Account Director.
Oversee campaign setup and trading; analyze data and trends to drive performance.
Lead and mentor a small team of Executives and Assistants.
Provide insights and recommendations on campaign health and strategy.
Test new opportunities and share meaningful insights.
Build relationships with media partners and clients.
Identify strategic investment opportunities aligned with client goals.
