PHD Melbourne is seeking an experienced Media Implementation Account Director to lead a team of Managers, Executives and Assistants, driving search and social with a major retailer. You’ll translate briefs into digital activation and channel strategies.

You’ll build strong client partnerships, ensure delivery quality, and contribute to pitches, proposals and growth initiatives while fostering a collaborative, flexible working environment in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role across search and social.
• Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team.
• Exceptional client management skills and client-facing experience.
• Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network.
• Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for digital activation and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic.
• Lead and oversee the team's product including implementation, outputs quality, reporting, invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Create optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy.
• Contribute to pitches, proposals, case studies and seize opportunities with clients.
