Job summary

OMD Australia is seeking Media Implementation Assistants to join our growing Sydney team and kick-start their careers in media and advertising. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure across traditional and digital media channels, with guidance from an experienced team.

You'll help with campaign set-up, monitoring, reporting and data management, building your skills in media platforms from TV to Paid Social.

Qualifications

• Shows genuine interest in media, advertising or marketing.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident using Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and identifying insights from campaign performance
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation
• Work closely with your team, internal stakeholders, media partners and other agency teams to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Develop hands-on knowledge of media platforms and channels including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social
• Monitor campaigns and help identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
• Participate in brainstorms, training, workshops and strategy sessions
• Build your understanding of the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through structured training and on-the-job learning
