Job summary

OMD in Sydney is seeking an entry-level Media Implementation Assistant to kick-start a career in media and advertising, offering hands-on exposure across traditional and digital channels.

You’ll support day-to-day campaign setup, monitoring, reporting and data management while learning media platforms like TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social, through structured training and collaboration with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on exposure across media channels.
• Interest in media, advertising or marketing and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail, numeracy and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the set-up, implementation and ongoing monitoring of media campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Assist with campaign reporting, data management and insights from performance.
• Support campaign administration, billing, reconciliations and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with team, stakeholders and partners to keep campaigns running smoothly.
• Develop knowledge of media platforms including TV, OOH, Search, Programmatic and Paid Social.
• Monitor campaigns and help identify discrepancies and resolve them quickly.
• Participate in brainstorms, training and strategy sessions.
• Learn about the wider media landscape, technology and campaign delivery through training.
