Job summary

Frontline Construction is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor based in Unanderra, NSW, to oversee pump systems, mechanical maintenance and a trades team in a hands-on leadership role.

You will supervise daily operations, troubleshoot faults, coordinate maintenance, and ensure safe, efficient performance of equipment. A Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade and a strong safety mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with pumps, pumping systems and mechanical equipment.
• Experience supervising or leading a mechanical team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mechanical systems.
• Experience coordinating maintenance schedules, repairs and daily workloads.

Qualifications & Experience

• Mechanical trade qualification, such as Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade (Fitting), or equivalent.
• Experience in an industrial, workshop or operational maintenance environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain these.
