ACCIONA Mechanical & Electrical seeks a capable Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical aspects of construction projects in South Australia. You will coordinate crews, enforce safety, and maintain quality to keep delivery on time and within budget, reporting to the Project Manager.

Ideal candidates have a trades qualification and proven foreman/supervisor experience in construction, engineering or industrial environments, with strong HS&E knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Trades qualification in construction, building or manufacturing.
• Experience in a construction, engineering or industrial environment.
• Previous experience as a Foreman or Supervisor.
• Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and implementation.
• Strong communication skills to direct and influence teams.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Optimise construction processes to lift efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and direct mechanical work crews, resolving conflicts fairly.
• Enforce ACCIONA procedures, OMRs and permit compliance on site.
• Manage program risk, resourcing and critical path to protect schedule.
• Monitor quality standards and address non-conformities promptly.
• Report progress, risks and program status to project leadership.

About Opportunity

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will oversee and manage all mechanical aspects of a construction project, coordinating work crews, enforcing safety compliance and maintaining quality standards on site. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work closely with engineers and site teams to keep delivery on time and within budget. Your technical expertise, leadership and problem-solving ability will be central to safe, efficient project execution.
