Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an experienced Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager based in Australia. This role involves developing and implementing QA/QC policies, leading certification processes, and managing the Quality Team in a supportive environment conducive to career growth. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects, with significant managerial experience and knowledge of international QA/QC standards such as API-650 and ASME.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and similar projects, with at least 5 years at a managerial level.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC under international standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Lead new certification and renewal processes.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and resolve NCRs.
• Implement quality improvement systems and conduct risk assessments related to quality.
• Determine system improvements and implement changes.
• Manage the Quality Team and monitor performance.
• Prepare Quality Dossiers for clients.

We urgently require a qualified and experienced Mechanical Quality (QA/QC) Manager to be based at our Head Office Lahore and to head our Mechanical QA/QC Department at Corporate Level.

Job Location: Head Office Lahore.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Extensive knowledge of QA/QC under international standards such as API‑650 and ASME.
