Job summary

MFE is expanding its team in Chinchilla and Toowoomba and is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor. This hands-on leadership role manages trades crews, delivers safe, on-time, high-quality project outcomes, and builds strong client relationships across Surat Basin projects.

You will supervise maintenance and project scopes, coordinate daily site activities, and mentor teams while championing safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar).
• Previous experience supervising mechanical or heavy industry work crews.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a site-based environment.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience within mining, energy, oil & gas, or industrial services highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities, contractors, materials, and resources.

About the Role

MFE is continuing to grow across critical energy and industrial projects, and we’re looking for anexperienced Mechanical Project Supervisorto join the team in Chinchilla.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for mechanically minded supervisors who thrive in fast-paced site environments and are passionate about leading trades teams, delivering quality outcomes, and building strong client relationships.

Working across a diverse portfolio of mechanical project scopes, you’ll play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across the Surat Basin region.
