MFE is seeking a Mechanical Project Supervisor to join the team in Chinchilla, Queensland. This hands-on leadership role focuses on supervising trades, delivering quality outcomes, and maintaining strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of mechanical projects.

You will lead maintenance and project scopes, drive safety, and coordinate resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within the Surat Basin region.

Formación

• Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar).
• Experience supervising mechanical or heavy industry work crews.
• Strong leadership and communication; ability to mentor teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a site-based environment with safety focus.
• Experience in mining, energy, oil & gas, or industrial services preferred.

About The Role

MFE is continuing to grow across critical energy and industrial projects, and we’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to join the team in Chinchilla.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for mechanically minded supervisors who thrive in fast-paced site environments and are passionate about leading trades teams, delivering quality outcomes, and building strong client relationships.

Working across a diverse portfolio of mechanical project scopes, you’ll play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across the Surat Basin region.

Here’s what you’ll need to thrive in this role:

• Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar)
• Previous experience supervising mechanical or heavy industry work crews
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a site-based environment
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Experience within mining, energy, oil & gas, or industrial services highly regarded.
