Responsibilities

• Lead and manage improvement projects and initiatives across Colac and Irrewarra sites.
• Define project scope, budget, timing and required resources.
• Deliver process improvements to enhance safety, reliability, costs and quality.
• Provide mechanical and technical support to improve equipment and process performance.
• Engage and supervise contractors and employees on improvement projects.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and Continuous Improvement investigations with operations.
• Maintain focus on health, safety, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Provide regular reporting on progress against improvement targets.
• Build strong working relationships with maintenance, production and department managers.
