The successful candidate will coordinate with operations and maintenance teams, interpret drawings and specs, and drive continuous improvements while ensuring safe, compliant engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical systems, process plant, equipment installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, root cause analysis and plant reliability skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design mechanical equipment, machinery, components and process systems for battery recycling and resource recovery operations.
• Develop engineering specifications for equipment, materials, capacities, process flows and plant layouts; recommend practical modifications.
• Oversee assembly, installation, testing and commissioning of new or modified plant to engineering requirements.
• Establish and apply engineering standards and procedures for installation, modification, quality control, testing and maintenance.
