Smart AVR Pty in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Technician to join a busy workshop. You will diagnose and repair vehicle faults to manufacturer standards using OEM scan tools and diagnostic software, with a strong focus on ADAS and electrical systems.

This role offers a modern workshop, ongoing training, and stable full-time hours within a supportive national company environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience (Diagnostic Tech) OR trade-qualified Mechanic.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability.
• Confident using diagnostic tools and electrical systems knowledge.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults to manufacturer standards.

Smart AVR is a fast-growing national automotive diagnostics business specialising in advanced vehicle systems and cutting-edge technology. We're expanding our Melbourne team and seeking experienced Diagnostic Technicians and Qualified Mechanics to join our workshop.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced ADAS Technician / Diagnostic Technician to join our already strong team of 10+ technicians servicing the Melbourne metropolitan area.

You'll work with modern vehicles, advanced diagnostic tools, and a highly skilled team in a well-equipped workshop.

What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults to manufacturer standards
• Using OEM scan tools, diagnostic software, and workshop equipment
• Completing servicing, repairs, and accurate job documentation
