Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is hiring a Continuous Improvement Technician to drive mechanical reliability and plant performance. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead improvement initiatives, work with maintenance and production teams, and embed best-practice maintenance processes across our FMCG operations.

Qualifications

• Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification and FMCG experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and RCA.
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using CMMS (Maximo) or similar.
• Ability to collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance improvements to maximise equipment uptime and plant performance.
• Lead RCA investigations using standard tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to identify opportunities and optimise performance.
• Record and manage work in the Maximo CMMS and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct preventative maintenance audits and improve maintenance plans.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are safe and compliant with policies.
• Analyse equipment issues and implement sustainable reliability improvements.
