MECCA Parramatta in NSW is seeking a Floor Manager (2IC) to lead a busy, high-volume store and drive exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop a large retail team, partner with the Store Manager to deliver commercial results, and bring MECCA's values to life with hands-on leadership. This full-time role offers leadership growth, world-class education opportunities, and a supportive team culture.
