Job summary

MECCA Brands is seeking a Zone Manager to lead our MECCA Hurstville store in NSW, on a part-time basis at 25 hours per week. You will guide the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive store performance.

Successful applicants will have prior experience leading large retail teams and a genuine passion for creating MECCA-magic moments for customers. Availability for late evenings and weekends is required.

• Experience in leading large retail teams.
• Demonstrated passion for exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
