Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to batch sheets and specifications.

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished mixtures.
• Complete production documentation, including batch records and traceability information.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures and report concerns.
