Job summary

Atturra Limited is seeking an MDM Subject Matter Expert to migrate from AirWatch to Intune, delivering the design, transition, and decommission of the old system. You will coordinate with security, infrastructure, and user computing teams to ensure secure delivery and alignment with PSPF and ASD Essential 8.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and transitioning MDM Intune solutions.
• Experience with Airwatch/Mobile Device Management platforms.
• Knowledge of PSPF, ISM, ASD Essential 8 security standards.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document current AirWatch environment and enrolment methods.
• Design and implement Intune policies, profiles, and baselines.
• Develop migration plans, cutover activities, and rollback procedures.
• Coordinate device enrolment across mobile devices and laptops.
• Support pilot deployments, UAT, and issue resolutions.
• Prepare operational support documentation and SOPs.

Job description

We are seeking a talented MDM SME to Migrate our client from their existing solution to Intune.
You will be responsible for Design of Delivery of the solution and the Decommission of the old one. You will work with our larger Project team and provide frank and fearless advise on the solution including ensuring it meets Security requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document the current AirWatch environment, including device configurations, compliance policies, applications, and enrolment methods.
• Design and implement Intune policies, configuration profiles, compliance policies, application deployments, and security baselines.
• Ensure that architecture aligns to and meets ML2
• Develop and execute migration plans, cutover activities, rollback procedures, and transition schedules.
• Coordinate device enrolment and re-enrolment activities across mobile devices, laptops, and corporate-owned devices.
• involved in pilot deployments and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, and issues resolutions
• Troubleshoot enrolment, compliance, application delivery, and conditional access issues.
• Work closely with security, infrastructure, service desk, and end-user computing teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop operational support documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Support post-migration hypercare and transition into business-as-usual operations.

Working Conditions

• Based in Belconnen, ACT. Hybrid work available
• Australian Citizen (Security Clearance desirable)
