Job summary

efm Logistics is seeking an MDM Analyst to join the Finance Operations team. You will ensure accurate data governance, address system issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and timely actioning of cases.

The ideal candidate has analytical/system experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to interpret data for decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ months analytical and/or systems experience.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate-advanced).
• Strong data manipulation and interpretation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Commerce or BIS qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Action cases from stakeholders in the system.
• Maintain and update data to reflect contracts or variations.
• Resolve issues with a focus on long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with Claims team to address invoicing/credit issues.
• Proactively communicate discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in stakeholder training to improve processes and systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
