Job summary

efm Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented MDM Analyst to join the Finance Operations team in Melbourne. You will ensure accurate data, govern master data, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of analytical/system experience, strong Excel skills, and a track record of process improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of Analytical and/or Systems experience.
• Successful track record of problem solving and continuous improvement projects.
• Proven ability to manipulate, analyse and interpret data for decision-making.
• Demonstrate strong mathematical ability.
• Commerce or Business Info Systems qualification desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate actioning of cases that come through the system from stakeholders.
• Maintaining and updating data to reflect contracts or variations and eliminate discrepancies.
• Issue resolution of all cases with focus on long-term solutions.
• Address carrier invoicing and credit issues with the Claims team.
• Proactively communicating and resolving discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in stakeholder training to enhance processes and systems.
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency gains.

As a MDM Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Solving carrier invoicing and credit issues in collaboration with the Claims team

We are looking for:

• MS Office (Intermediate – Advanced Excel)
