Job summary

Toll Group in Northmead is seeking casual on-call MC Drivers for day and afternoon shifts. The role involves the delivery of bulk palletised beverage freight across the Sydney metropolitan area, working in partnership with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP).

Roster is confirmed daily with short notice; shifts may be confirmed at short notice. An MC licence and tautliner experience are required, plus strong customer service and safety focus. On-site parking available.

Qualifications

• Hold a current MC licence with 1–2 years driving experience.
• Experience operating tautliner trucks.
• Experience with opening/closing of vehicles that have gates, straps and curtains.
• Ability to reverse semi-trailers or B-doubles confidently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk palletised beverage freight around the Sydney metropolitan area.
• Operate single or double trailers (paid for what you drive).
• Open and close vehicles with gates, straps and curtains.
• Carry out duties within set time frames and follow instructions.
• Ensure correct, secure and safe loading of vehicles (driver not required to load/unload).
• Complete and supply mandatory run sheet information in required format.
• Ensure compliance and safety is adhered to at all times.
• Comply with WHS regulations and driving hour legislation.

To be considered for these roles, you must be available to work weekdays on an on-call basis with no guarantee of shifts (Roster will be confirmed daily and you may be confirmed at short notice).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk palletised beverage freight around the Sydney metropolitan area
• Operate single or double trailers ( paid for what you drive )
• Opening and closing of vehicles that have gates, straps and curtains

What's on Offer

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 10 hours.
• Day and afternoon shifts available, with start times from 3:00am and 3:00 pm.
• Hourly rates starting from $49.41 up to $60.43, plus applicable overtime penalties.
