Job summary

Toll Group is seeking casual, on-call HC Drivers for our Grocery Transport team based at Minchinbury, Erskine Park and Moorebank. You will deliver groceries to Woolworths stores, unload with EPJ, and complete paperwork accurately.

Inductions start Sept–Nov with shifts 4–12 hours, including afternoons. Availability on weekdays and weekends is required during December/January peak period.

Qualifications

• HC driving licence with 1–2 years' driving experience.
• Experience operating refrigerated Pantech trucks (roller door, swing door, or tail lift).
• EPJ experience preferred.

• Complete and submit all required run sheets and transport documentation accurately.

Job description

Toll Recruit is currently seeking casual, on-call HC Drivers to join our Grocery Transport team based at Minchinbury, Erskine Park, and Moorebank, delivering groceries for a leading supermarket chain.

To be considered for these roles, you must be available to work weekdays and weekends. And available to work during December & January Christmas Peak Period - with no planned leave. Inductions are scheduled to commence in September to November.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate late-model vehicles to deliver goods to Woolworths stores.
• Unload deliveries using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ).
• Complete and submit all required run sheets and transport documentation accurately.
• Participate in safety briefings, toolbox talks, and site inductions.
• Be flexible to commence shifts from Minchinbury, Erskine Park, or Moorebank, depending on operational requirements.
• Be available to work a variety of weekday and weekend shifts.

What we're looking for

• Current HC Licence with a minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience.
• Experience operating refrigerated Pantech trucks (roller door, swing door, or tail lift).
• Experience using an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) is preferred.
• Confidence reversing both rigid and semi-trailer combinations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Previous grocery delivery experience is highly regarded.
• Current Transport Blue Card (or willingness to obtain one).
• Flexibility to operate both rigid and semi-trailer vehicles (with pay based on the vehicle driven).
