Job summary

WorkPac Group is recruiting for an MC driver to operate triple road trains at a Collinsville mining site. You will perform pre-start checks, complete paperwork, and move coal and materials across loading points while following Queensland mining safety rules.

The role requires an MC licence, RIIVEH302E qualification or equivalent, and a strong safety mindset. A collaborative team player with good communication skills is essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• MC transport operator with coal experience preferred.
• RIIVEH302E qualification or equivalent.
• Current MC Driver's Licence required.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate MC triple road trains fitted with side tippers safely and efficiently within a mine environment.
• Complete pre-start inspections, required paperwork and comply with all site safety procedures and Queensland mining legislation.
• Transport coal and other materials between designated loading and unloading points in accordance with production requirements.
• Monitor equipment condition and promptly report any hazards, incidents or mechanical defects.
• Maintain a strong focus on safe work practices while contributing to a positive site safety culture.

• SSE-signed transcript with an MC pass-out or hold the RIIVEH302E qualification
• Current MC Drivers Licence

• Valid Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 certification highly regarded
