Mattress Delivery Driver - Weekends & Optional Weekdays

We’re looking for someone reliable and comfortable with physical work to deliver mattresses around Sydney using our company ute, based at our factory in Gladesville.

This is a casual role for someone available on both Saturday and Sunday, with optional weekday shifts when we need an extra hand.

HOURS

Saturday and Sunday: start at 10am and finish between 2pm and 5pm, depending on the day’s deliveries.

Optional weekday shifts: start at 9am and finish between 1pm and 4pm, depending on the workload. Weekday shifts are occasional, not a fixed weekly roster.

For anyone available to start soon, extra shifts are available on Tuesday 29 September, Wednesday 30 September and Thursday 1 October. These are optional — you don’t need to be available for them to apply.

HOURLY PAY

• Weekdays: $36.59 per hour
• Saturday: $43.91 per hour
• Sunday: $51.22 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Assemble and package mattress orders in the warehouse.
• Load the company ute for the day’s deliveries.
• Deliver mattresses to houses and apartments around Sydney.
• Carry mattresses into customers’ bedrooms and assemble them.

Some mattresses are heavy, and deliveries can involve stairs. Larger mattresses are packed into two separate packages to make handling easier. You’ll need to be comfortable with lifting and carrying safely.
