Job summary

Trinity Catholic College Lismore Ltd in NSW seeks a Leader of Learning – Mathematics to drive curriculum design, assessment practices and staff development across Years 7–12. The role requires faith leadership, strategic planning and a collaborative approach with the Leadership Team.

Successful candidates will lead data-driven strategies, support differentiation and inclusive pedagogy, and align programs with NSW syllabus and the College Vision for Learning.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification or leadership experience in learning and teaching.
• Ability to lead and model Gospel-centred practice in learning and teaching.
• Capacity to work with the Leadership Team to implement the Vision for Learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality learning and teaching practices to improve student outcomes.
• Model and coach effective pedagogy aligned with school priorities.
• Oversee curriculum planning, assessment and teaching programs.
