Job summary

Mater Private Hospital Mackay is seeking a Clinical Facilitator to lead education for midwifery staff. You will coordinate orientation, deliver learning opportunities, and maintain competency programs to ensure safe, high-quality care for women and families.

The role requires a current AHPRA RN/RM registration, postgraduate qualifications, and at least three years of clinical experience, with a focus on education within Australian healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualifications in relevant specialty or working towards them.
• Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as RN and RM.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and evaluate clinical education to address learning needs and support staff to work at full scope.
