The Translational Research Institute in Woolloongabba, QLD, is seeking a Materials & Safety Coordinator to support daily warehouse activities, receiving goods, labeling and issuing materials, and maintaining ERP records.

You will work closely with ENTRI Operations and TRI's Health, Safety and Wellness team, ensuring safe handling, accurate inventory and timely responses to stock movements. This permanent full-time role reports to the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics or inventory control.
• Experience with receiving goods, checking deliveries and cycle counts.
• Experience using an ERP (D365 preferred) to receipt goods and record inventory.
• Knowledge of Work Health and Safety requirements and safe manual handling.
• Desirable exposure to cGMP/GDP, laboratory or healthcare environments.
• Experience with WHS inspections, risk assessments or incident reporting is desirable.
• Experience with dangerous goods or cold-chain storage is desirable.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365) is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Receive, check, receipting and label goods; store and issue materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ERP data.
• Support workplace health and safety activities, inspections and risk assessments.
• Liaise between ENTRI, TRI Health, Safety and Wellness team and stakeholders.
• Escalate quality, inventory, safety and compliance issues to the Supply Chain Manager.
