Job summary

ACCIONA is delivering a flagship WA infrastructure project with a long-term scope and strong career runway. You will manage the receipt, storage and dispatch of materials on site, operate forklifts and yard equipment, and collaborate with site supervisors to ensure materials reach the right place at the right time.

Ideal candidates bring a forklift licence, solid stock control knowledge, and a safety-first mindset, with experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence (LF) required; other plant tickets highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of stock control and yard management.
• A genuine safety-first attitude.
• Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage and dispatch of materials across the site yard; keep stock organised and ready for trades.
• Load and unload deliveries; operate forklifts and other yard equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and coordinate with site supervisors, storepersons and trades to ensure timely material delivery.

The Project

The Alkimos Desalination Plant Project includes the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the plant with first production in 2028. Works include marine works and tunnels, seawater intake system, a seawater reverse osmosis desalination plant, groundwater system, drinking water storage and pump system, supported by civil, electrical and bulk earthworks.

The Role

You'll work closely with site supervisors, storepersons and trades to make sure the right materials reach the right place at the right time.
