Job summary

ACCIONA is undertaking a flagship WA infrastructure project—the Alkimos Desalination Plant—with first production planned for 2028. This long-term role offers stability and clear career progression as more works are awarded.

You will operate mobile or tower cranes, read lift plans, and coordinate with riggers to perform lifts safely on a busy, multi-trade site. A High Risk Work Licence is required, with experience on large projects highly regarded.

Qualifications

• High Risk Work Licence (CN, C2 or C6 as relevant), current and unrestricted.
• Strong understanding of lift plans, load charts and rigging communication.
• Genuine safety-first attitude is essential.
• Experience on large infrastructure or industrial projects is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile or tower cranes to lift and place materials and plant across the site.
• Read and follow lift plans, coordinate with riggers and dogmen to execute lifts safely, inspect crane before/after each shift.
