Frontline Human Resources is seeking a Material Handler for a busy caravan manufacturing site in Epping, VIC. The role includes forklift operation for 20–30% of the day, material picking, inwards goods, and general labour to support production.

You will maintain a safe, clean workspace and contribute to efficient production flow in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with picking and warehouse labour essential.
• Experience with inwards goods is preferred.
• Manufacturing, production or labouring background is advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail required.

Responsabilités

• Operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts for 20–30% of the day.
• Pick materials and components for production.
• Manage inwards goods and receive stock.
• Prepare materials for production and perform general warehouse labour.
• Move and organise stock throughout warehouse and production areas.
• Supply materials to production as required.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Pay Rate: $37.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 3:57pm Monday to Friday
Roster: 9-day fortnight with an RDO every second Friday

About Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Material Handler to join a busy manufacturing environment in Epping.

Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer specialising in the design and production of premium caravans and recreational vehicles.

This is a hands-on role, with approximately 20-30% of the day spent operating forklifts, while the remainder of the role will involve picking, general labouring and supporting the production team.

About the Role

Your duties will include:

• Operating high reach and counterbalance forklifts for approximately 20-30% of the working day
• Picking materials and components for production
• Inwards goods and receiving stock
• Preparing materials and components for production
• General warehouse labouring
• Moving and organising stock throughout the warehouse and production areas
• Supplying materials to production as required
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven counterbalance forklift experience
• Previous picking and warehouse experience
• Experience in inwards goods
• Previous manufacturing, production or labouring experience highly regarded
• Comfortable performing manual and physical work throughout the day
• Good attention to detail and accuracy when picking
• Strong safety awareness
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
